Yochido - The Moving Meditation
Yochido is meditation
in movement .It is all about graceful meditative and light, natural
movements which relaxes and stimulates every part of the body. Deep
relaxation requires the mind be led deep into the muscles, tendons
and joints. In this way the body becomes responsive to the relaxation
instructions of the mind. With the mind present in the body, letting
go or releasing deep tension is possible.
Yo was taken from Yoga where Chi is energy and Do is art... A moving meditation set in motion by the constant interplay of vital energies it is especially valuable for its ability to strengthen and improve one's health. To improvise our physical and mental fitness our energy should always be in a positive node. Yochido helps us to increase our inner energy to lead a better and successful life.
Yochido is a combination of physical exercise, breathing techniques and meditation, Its slow, relaxed flowing movements of opening and closing forms, advance and retreat, attack and defence, channelizes energy and the body's natural movements to attain a high degree of fitness, both mental and physical.
When you incorporate Yochido into your lifestyle, it exercises your body, cultivates your personality and refreshes your mind. Originally developed from Yoga, Yochido looks like a slow graceful dance, but behind the deceptively simple movements is a wealth of Philosophy, Medicine and Science. Regular practice of this fine art will help us come out of stress and other tensions without anybody's support and help.
How we Teach:
The course is a continual cycle of practice and feedback. Most of the class time is spent on practice and feedback. It is important the student deepens his or her understanding of the art so the mind will be clear and you understand what you are doing and where you are going in the practice. End of the day we make sure that the practioners help themselves to make their life better.
Breathing and Meditation is the important aspect of this art. In this practice, it is considered important to concentrate; put aside distracting thoughts; and breathe in a deep, relaxed, and focused manner. Practitioners believe that this breathing and meditation have many benefits, such as:

Remiyo-ki- Healing
We teach and practice the better way of healing, the Remiyo-ki- healing which is energy based healing technique based on the overall structure of the human body. According to the precepts of healing, our body is actually composed of two parts: the visible physical body and the invisible energy body called the bioplasmic body or aura(feeling). The visible physical body is that part of the human body that we see, touch, and are most acquainted with. Our aura is that invisible luminous energy body, which interpenetrates the visible physical body and extends beyond it. In this kind of healing we can actually scan or diagnose our parts and heal them accordingly.
